Apartment A1 is located on the ground floor. It consists of one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a living room and a garden terrace. There is an extendable sofa in the living room. It is suitable for 2 to 4 people.

The apartment covers half of the 3rd floor with a spacious terrace (22m2), facing south. It consists of two bedrooms (with double beds),a bathroom with a shower, a living room and a kitchen. Both rooms and living room have separate exits to the terrace. There is an extendable sofa in the living room which can be used as an extra bed.

The apartment covers the entire 1st floor of the house with a huge terrace facing south - 50m². It consists of four bedrooms (double beds), two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath), a kitchen, and a large separate living room in the center of the house with an extendable sofa. All rooms and the living room have their own air conditioner and an exit to the terrace.

House is situated in Okrug Gornji on the Island of Čiovo. The most popular pebble beach "Toć" is only 150m away. It is ideal for people who want to rest in a peaceful neighborhood but still in the vicinity of the beach. The nearest supermarket is only 200m away, while the closest restaurant is just 100m from the house. The historic Old Town of Trogir is located only 2.5km away, and Split Airport is conveniently situated at a distance of 7km.
